We live in a multi-cultural country and a multicultural world. The human race is diverse by every demographic measure. It is up to us to respect and embrace our diversities. We will be more enlightened and enriched for doing so.
It is up to us to give our children and each other equal opportunities to live, learn something every day, thrive, and succeed. We will develop partnerships, collaborations, and friendships by doing so.
It is up to us to accept and include all voices, to listen and speak with each other. In so doing, we will find understanding and common ground and be able to combine our skills, talents, expertise, and knowledge to find purpose and meaning, joy and pride, and personal satisfaction.
Ideally, we will happily and proactively engage, share our stories, have fun, use our imaginations to explore fresh possibilities, be open to new answers to old questions, welcome and trust each other, and be eager to change and grow. There is nothing more exciting!
The courses I offer are holistically designed to prioritize self-care as well as caring for others. This is as true for our children as it is for parents and teachers. There is no pressure, no standardized goal to meet, no equipment necessary. The only goals are what you set. The only measure is your own.
There is no magic. Just common sense ideas that are easy to do in your own time and at your own pace. There is only your mindset, your sense of humor and fun, your will to discover, experience, and appreciate who you are, who you want to be, where you want to go, and how you will get there. It would be my honor to be part of your journey.
